Operating as suppliers of manufactured castings, GJ Metal Casting Services will work closely with foundries sourced themselves and will provide guidance on the specifications of required castings.
As part of quality control, onsite visits and inspections are performed during the production process to ensure that quality products are manufactured, and once castings are complete, we will arrange logistics for the goods to be delivered directly to our customers.
Having worked in the industry and with various specialised castings for the marine, engineering, agriculture and canning industries for many years, we know the standard of work that is required and as such we therefore commit to being hands on during the process and when new patterns arrive for castings, will ensure that these requirements are being meticulously met.
Quotations and Pricing
GJ Metal Casting Services will provide quotations for all castings required and the quotation will include the estimated cost for the raw casting. We would require a sample or drawing in order to quote accordingly. Prices will not include machining costs, but the options available can be discussed with yourself should this be a requirement.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue and payment terms for new customers are strictly an upfront payment of 50% upon acceptance of our quotation with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Credit applications will be provided for follow up orders.
